A group of members including Adrian, Cheryl and Jim very kindly spent an afternoon doing some great and much needed work on the garden banks inside the gate (on Sunday 2nd July).
As you can see from the before and after photo’s they have not only doubled the effective width of the path in places but have left the entrance making a much better, cared-for and well used, first impression to those visiting and passing the club. Massive thanks to all involved (and apologies for any names your humble and inactive reporter has omitted).
I understand that more opportunities to volunteer gardening skills will be forthcoming.
