Burgers and bowls

Meersbrook Park BC held our first Social Bowling event of the season on Thursday 11^th April.

New members, keen to play, were welcomed by familiar bowlers, who came with renewed enthusiasm after the winter break.

Burgers (meat and veggie) were served and savoured as we sat around the green on a fine spring evening. Play continued until dusk and a good time was had by all.

On the following Thursday, the weather was not so kind but those who braved the chill still enjoyed a few ends before the showers came.

Social Bowling evening is held regularly every Thursday from 6 pm – and we plan to put on food at least once per month.
